[Fix] Add missing parameters to RespondWithModalAsync methods and implement missing overloads (#2769)

* Added missing modifyModal parameters to RespondWithModalAsync methods

* Fix typo

* Remove unnecessary parts

* Add missing `options` parameter

* Add missing overload

* Use `.Invoke` with `null` check to simplify

* Remove code duplication
