[kemonoparty:discord] update server & channel metadata (#7569)

to match the Discord Extractors' names

- rename
    server       -> server_id
    channel      -> channel_id
    channel_name -> channel
- add
    server
    channel_nsfw
    channel_type
    channel_topic
    parent_id
