improved foolslide-based extractors

- this includes dokireader, fallenangels, jaiminisbox, powermanga,
  sensescans, worldthree, yonkouprod, gomanga, yomanga
- added 'chapter_string', 'chapter_id', 'chapter_minor' and 'count'
  keywords
- changed the 'chapter' keyword to always be just a number
- changed the default directory format
