Mike Fährmann 23641742a3 improve 'parent-directory' (#1364) ...

Allow forwarding metadata from the top-level extractor to all children
if 'parent-directory' is enabled for all extractors along the way.

For example 'reddit' -> 'gfycat' -> 'redgifs'
