    Added thumbnail download capability which defaults to false
* Update configuration.rst
    Added documentation for webtoon thumbnail option
* extract thumbnails in GalleryExtractor.assets()
* simplify & fix flake8
* include 'type' in default filenames
* add test
* update docs
