Mike Fährmann b2ba2b821d [hitomi] fix image URLs and improve metadata ...

- use '?a.hitomi.la' as subdomain depending in gallery-id
- add 'characters', 'tags' and 'date' information
- support multiple entires per metadata-value
- rename 'num' to 'page'
