Mike Fährmann 0dedbe759c enable '--chapter-filter' ...

The same filter infrastructure that can be applied to image URLS now
also works for manga chapters and other delegated URLs.

TODO: actually provide any metadata (currently supported is only
deviantart and imagefap).
